Please note the below traditions to follow when you are in the temple;
Sikh Weddings & Head Coverings – Please wear a head covering when you are in the temple. You must keep your head covered for the whole duration.
Removal of Shoes – you will be required to remove your shoes before entering the temple.
Seating – During the Sikh ceremony, guests will be seated on the floor.

Shri Guru Ravidas Temple – 1998 Great South Road, Bombay - Sikh Ceremony: There is plenty of parking available onsite, we encourage you to carpool in your groups.
Puketutu Island, Auckland, New Zealand – Hindu Ceremony: 9.00am - 2.00pm: There is plenty of parking available onsite, we encourage you to carpool in your groups.
Puketutu Island, Auckland , New Zealand – Wedding Reception: 5.30pm - 12.00am: Uber and taxi’s are accessible to and from the venue.

The Sikh Wedding Ceremony at Shri Guru Ravidas Temple & Hindu Wedding Ceremony are both dry events. No Alcohol will be served or allowed during both these traditional ceremonies – thank you for understanding and respecting this tradition.
There will be alcohol served at the Wedding Reception from 5:30pm - 12:00am at Puketutu Island. The Bride and Groom will be ready to party and would love to enjoy drinks with you here.
